Selecting the property
After qualifying the client's wishes, we offer a day tour to view 4 to 6 objects. This allows the client to become familiar not only with the objects, but also with the districts of the city and their features.
Reservation and signing the deal
The real estate registration always takes place before a notary, who is an independent person. We gather the full package of documentation for the transaction, and explain to you all the specifics.
Providing a mailing address
One of the conditions for the execution of the contract at the notary is to provide a German address. All documentation comes to our office and is sent to the client by e-mail with explanations.
payment for the property
Payments for properties under construction in Germany are made on the basis of the MaBV (Makler und Bauträgerverordnung) as they are constructed. As a rule the first payment is 25%.
Selection of sample finishes and kitchen
It is always nice to think about the future arrangement of the house. You should not forget for what purposes the purchased home will serve: as an investment or for your own use.
