My tasks: To successfully manage my company and make sure that every single cog works,just like in a precision clockwork. The core of my work is acquisition and real estate marketing in the commercial sector throughout Germany, furthermore I am an off-market expert and a kind of idea generator. I also take care of internal team building, familiarize my employees with their various areas of responsibility, and support them wherever possible. Our motto: One for all, all for one! I am also responsible for database maintenance. It is very important that we can retrieve exactly what our customers are looking for at the click of a button. I accompany our clientele not only as a realtor, but also when they start a business, build the respective business for them, apply for loans, look for tenants and much more.
My strengths: Absolute transparency,trustworthiness, discretion, organizational skills. Thanks to my many years of experience in brokering real estate and accompanying the purchase process, our clients receive professional, results-oriented support – from the first viewing to the opening party. This long and intensive support phase sometimes even turns clients into friends…

THE PERFECT MAN FOR ALL TECHNICAL MATTERS
My field of activity as a graduate engineer within WiP Immobilien: Expert for everything technical! As the only man on board with strong women, I shine with my knowledge in all technical matters concerning construction. My job includes explaining these processes in a comprehensible way, the final acceptance of construction or renovation work, as well as questions regarding administration and finances. In addition, I act as a competent mediator between tenants, landlords and owners and am responsible for the many technical and contractual matters on the part of our clients and for dealing with complex issues and special tasks of all kinds. No project is too extensive or too complicated for me! Everything is perfected and carried out by me efficiently and down to the smallest detail.
My most important skills here: Besides my calm way of working, also a pinch of humor and approaching problems in a structured way and sometimes pragmatically, sometimes unconventionally, finding the optimal solution…

As a sales manager in residential property sales in Munich and the surrounding area, I am responsible for sales and rentals. My tasks include, amongst other things, the complete handling of all buying and selling transactions – from the exposé to signing at the notary’s office to moving into the new home!
My outstanding skills are organisation and communication and my knowledge of foreign languages. In addition to Russian and German, I am also fluent in English. To immediately find a common language with our customers – that connects internationally and also contributes to the success of our company. WiP, welcome to paradise! For me, this means working in a goal-oriented way with a focus on the result, always being courteous and doing everything reliably.
In my free time I meet friends – and relax by taking photos and travelling.
CREATIVE HAND FOR THE FINANCES
As a trained industrial clerk, I have been strengthening the WiP crew with joy, full commitment and dedication since 2021.
My areas of responsibility: controlling and real estate management. This includes the entire bookkeeping, the checking of incoming and outgoing payments and various tasks in the context of real estate management.
But if you think this is a dry subject, you are very much mistaken.
My sense of responsibility, my reliability, my accuracy and my ability to work in a team are only one side of my duties. Innovation, creativity and future-oriented thinking are the others, which combines ideally with my many years of experience and makes me a suitable and responsible part of the company. Versatile I spend my free time hiking in the mountains, mountain biking, stand-up paddling and singing in the choir.

With my experience as a trained real estate agent and real estate economist, I complement the WiP team in terms of commercial and residential property management.
I am the contact person for clients, tenants, managers and owners and, in my role as property management manager, I find ideal solutions to all kinds of problems.
My strengths are of great advantage here: fast and structured way of working, one hundred percent reliability, communication skills and a positive attitude to life. Interlocutors and clients always feel that they are in good hands with me, well advised and looked after!
In my private life, I am very close to nature and draw strength from leisure activities and outdoor adventures with my daughter.
