Our History
Our company WiP Immobilien GmbH was founded in 2010 and has been providing its customers with a professional service for over 12 years. Our portfolio includes more than 300 clients who have not only become happy owners of a property in Munich, but have entrusted us with the full management and maintenance of their properties.
Since 2022 our company has been a licensed partner for the sale of commercial properties throughout Germany: logistics, warehouses, office buildings and hotel properties.
